Description
DeKalb County School District is requesting quotes for furniture, fixtures, and equipment for Ashford Park Elementary School. The scope includes student, teacher, lounge, dining, and outdoor seating; desks; classroom, administrative, and conference tables; storage; area rugs; mobile whiteboards; music stands; and related furnishings identified in the bid form and furniture plans. The vendor must provide itemized pricing by manufacturer, model or serial number, dimensions, finish, fabric, and price, including unit prices, total amounts, freight, tax, delivery, unloading, assembly, installation, and removal of packaging and debris. Pricing must be based on a state contract or cooperative agreement, with the applicable contract information and, for cooperative pricing, a current copy of the cooperative agreement. Delivery and installation are scheduled for July 19–23, 2027, with classroom items required by July 19, 2027. The bid form must be submitted electronically through the district’s procurement portal; multiple awards may be made.
