Description
The Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative is requesting proposals from vendors able to provide their full line of office, library, and instructional furniture. Requested products include office desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and credenzas; library cabinets, tables, chairs, desks, and shelving units; and classroom desks, tables, chairs, shelving units, and storage units. Vendors may also propose related installation, setup, delivery, and other incidental services, with pricing provided as line items or discounts from catalog pricing. The resulting contract may include one or more vendors and will operate on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, as-needed basis for cooperative members, with no guaranteed purchase volume. Proposals must provide a minimum percentage discount from the vendor’s standard catalog or shelf prices and include the completed vendor packet, pricing and delivery information, required certifications, and proof of insurance. Responses are submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal; emailed, mailed, hand-delivered, and faxed proposals are not accepted.
