Description
Walled Lake Consolidated School District is soliciting firm prime contractor bids for the demolition of existing monument signage and installation of new monument signage in Walled Lake, Michigan. The work is part of the district’s 2024 Bond Projects, with plans and specifications prepared by TMP Architecture. Bids must be submitted in duplicate on the architect-furnished forms, either electronically through PreconSuite or by delivery. A bid bond from a Treasury-listed surety, or a cashier’s check, of at least 5% is required for proposals over $31,321. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds. Bids must also include sworn and notarized familial relationship, Iran Economic Sanctions Act compliance, and criminal background checks and prevailing wage registration affidavits.
