Description
The project involves rehabilitation of the existing Drake Road sanitary lift station. Major work includes replacing three dry-pit submersible wastewater pumps and associated piping, valves, supports, instrumentation, and flow measurement equipment; installing bypass pumping; rehabilitating the wet well; and installing a new potable-water service. Additional work includes replacement or upgrade of mechanical ventilation and heating equipment, electrical distribution and controls, variable-frequency drives, instrumentation, SCADA integration, standby generation, roofing, doors, access hatches, ladders, masonry, concrete, coatings, pavement, erosion controls, and site restoration. The contract is a single unit-price construction contract with a 365-calendar-day period to Substantial Completion and 395 calendar days to Final Completion after the Notice to Proceed. The bid package requires a single combined electronic PDF containing the completed bid form, 5 percent bid security, preliminary schedule, experience and qualification statement, Iran-linked-business certification, and an applicable OCIP acknowledgment form.
