Description
The City of Detroit’s Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Construction and Demolition Department, is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide as-needed design-build services. The work will include capital improvements that support new programming and operations and help ensure safety. The submission package includes technical proposal materials, a price proposal, required forms and certifications, contract acceptance or objections, a bonding capacity letter, and an amendment form if applicable. Performance and payment bonds are required for awarded contracts; the listed conditions-of-award documents and bond forms are post-award materials.
