Description
Webb County Head Start is seeking a conference room or reception hall for meetings and trainings. The venue must accommodate at least 300 attendees with tables and chairs, provide parking for 300 or more attendees, and provide audio/video equipment such as microphones, speakers, monitors or projectors, and extension cords. A certificate of liability insurance is required. The venue is expected to be used once or twice per month, potentially for one to five consecutive weekdays at a time, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The term runs from October 1, 2026, through August 30, 2027. Proposals are evaluated on price, accommodations, and references. Respondents must provide at least five prior local governmental clients that used their venue and services, with detailed contact information.
