Description
Plano Independent School District is seeking supplemental vendors for an approved vendor list supporting graduation, athletic, celebratory, and other events on an as-needed, district-wide basis. Vendors may propose one or more categories rather than the entire scope and must provide discounts for offered line items while marking unoffered lines as “No Bid.” The scope includes event decorations; DJ and related services; event security staffing; event planning; party equipment rentals; photo booths and services; sound and lighting equipment and services; tables, chairs, and furniture rental, potentially including delivery, setup, and pickup; table settings; tents and other temporary coverings; and related purchases or rentals. The estimated annual expenditure is approximately $250,000, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum and potential annual usage up to 25% above the estimate. The initial term is one year with four additional one-year extensions, plus a possible extension of up to 120 days. Vendors providing services at district facilities must complete the required pre-service affidavit before services begin.
