Description
Laredo Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a turnkey supply and installation of commercial electric steamers at multiple elementary, middle, and high schools. The specified equipment consists primarily of Accutemp Evolution single- and double-stack boilerless electric steamers on stainless-steel stands, or approved equals, with quantities varying by campus. Vendors must identify proposed brands and model numbers, provide equipment brochures, and maintain the specified warranties, including five years for parts and labor and seven years for the steamer chamber. The scope includes an in-person site inspection and verification of quantities, measurements, utilities, voltage, and installation requirements; removal and transport of existing equipment; delivery, uncrating, assembly, utility connections, electrical or plumbing modifications as needed, startup, and cleanup. Proposals must include the required price sheet, manufactured model information, kitchen-equipment brochure, signed state and federal certifications, Form 1295, and the district vendor packet. The solicitation is an all-or-some proposal and permits submission through the district's online portal or by sealed hand delivery or mail.
