Description
Laredo Independent School District is soliciting Category One Internet access and data transmission services for FY2027. The requested service has a minimum bandwidth of 20 Gbps and a maximum bandwidth of 100 Gbps, with one service request covering 48 eligible entities. Installation and initial configuration are required. The technical proposal must address the local and regional network infrastructure supporting the service; access routes, backbone, power, equipment, and upstream redundancy; peering and Internet exchange locations; disaster recovery and business continuity; maintenance and outage communications; network operations center, field maintenance, engineering, ticketing, and escalation resources; response times; customer portal and sample utilization and ticket-status reports; the complete service-level agreement and performance metrics; and site-readiness responsibilities.
