Description
The Tampa Bay Area Chapter of NIGP is hosting its annual supplier trade show on October 23, 2026, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. Suppliers may register for a 10-by-10-foot booth, which includes pipe and drape, a skirted table, two chairs, a waste basket, exhibitor identification signage, parking, food for two representatives, wireless internet, and electricity upon request. Booth registration is $595 for early registration and $695 for late registration, with space, height, and weight restrictions applying. Sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come basis at Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Refreshment levels, priced from $1,000 to $2,000. Benefits vary by level and may include a booth, digital logo displays, website recognition, advertisements in the membership directory and social media, and food for representatives. Sponsors must submit JPEG artwork by October 9, 2026, to be included in the membership directory. Registration and payment are required before admission, and exhibitors must maintain appropriate property and liability insurance.
