Description
United Independent School District is establishing a continuous, non-exclusive, multiple-award pool of pre-qualified vendors for as-needed custom apparel production, decoration, entertainment, photography, videography, venue rental, event planning, and related creative services. The scope includes custom graphic design, screen printing, heat transfers, embroidery, event décor, balloon installations, furniture and prop rentals, DJs, MCs, interactive performers, lighting and special effects, school portraits, event coverage, and venue facilities with related equipment and coordination. Vendors must submit company information, descriptions of offered services and targeted service areas, qualifications, itemized pricing, materials and associated costs, travel-cost inclusions, insurance acknowledgment, and three recommendation letters from clients for similar work. Applicable proposal forms and certifications must also be completed and uploaded. Services involving continuing duties or direct student contact may require vendor-paid background checks or fingerprinting. Awards create a qualified vendor pool and do not guarantee work; purchases will be made as needed through purchase orders, with proposals evaluated on a pass/fail basis.
