Description
Laredo Independent School District is requesting proposals for Category One internet access and data transmission services under RFP 26-019 for Funding Year 2027. The required service capacity ranges from a minimum of 20 Gbps to a maximum of 100 Gbps, with one service request covering 48 eligible entities. Installation and initial configuration are required. The pricing response must identify recurring and non-recurring charges, separately identify eligible, partially eligible, and ineligible costs, and reconcile pricing to the proposed service and contract. The Appendix A pricing worksheet includes a 36-month recurring service total, total non-recurring charges, total 36-month base contract cost, optional renewal monthly rate, bandwidth upgrades above 20 Gbps, relocation charges, optional features, and early termination or reduction charges.
