Description
Laredo Independent School District is seeking a turnkey wireless infrastructure refresh for multiple instructional and support facilities. The base solution includes 3,640 new wireless access points—3,500 indoor and 140 outdoor—along with 3,640 three-year centralized management subscriptions, 350 ten-pack indoor mounting kits, and 140 outdoor mounting brackets. Respondents must provide factory-new equipment, installation, configuration, centralized management integration, testing, asset tagging, removal and turnover of replaced access points, project documentation, acceptance records, warranty and licensing information, and closeout services. Documented equivalent products and alternate management platforms are permitted, but the base proposal must use the published quantities and include complete equivalency information and three-year costs. The proposal must separately identify E-Rate-eligible and ineligible costs and address SPI billing support, E-Rate compliance, implementation scheduling, qualifications, manufacturer authorizations, at least three comparable references, warranty and lead-time information, and exceptions. The solicitation requires a signed cover letter, completed pricing worksheet and technical compliance matrix, implementation plan, qualifications and certifications, references, billing and eligibility statements, warranty information, exceptions information, Federal-State Certifications, and the LISD Vendor Packet. The Vendor Packet is marked optional in the detailed upload checklist, although the solicitation materials also state that it must be completed and submitted.
