Description
The Province of British Columbia, through its Ministry of Jobs and Economic Growth, is seeking an experienced exhibition design and build contractor to deliver an approximately 50-square-meter peninsula pavilion for Mobile World Congress 2027. The pavilion will support approximately 20–30 participating British Columbia technology companies and provincial representatives by providing space for company visibility, business meetings, networking, and demonstrations. The scope includes pavilion design and technical coordination, fabrication, delivery to Barcelona, installation, on-site support during the event, dismantling, and removal. The completed pavilion must provide a strong British Columbia brand presence, use the three-sided peninsula configuration effectively, and comply with GSMA, Mobile World Congress, and Fira Barcelona technical, safety, venue, installation, and dismantling requirements.
