The Tampa Bay Area Chapter of NIGP is hosting an annual trade show for suppliers to showcase products and services and meet procurement professionals from government agencies throughout the Tampa Bay area. Exhibitor registration includes a 10-foot-by-10-foot booth with pipe and drape, a skirted table, two chairs, a waste basket, an exhibitor identification sign, a digital membership directory, parking, food for two representatives, wireless internet, and electricity upon request. Supplier registration is $595 for early registration, including two representatives, and $695 for late registration; additional representatives cost $75 each. Sponsorships are available at Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Refreshment levels, priced from $1,000 to $2,000, with benefits such as booth space, digital logo displays, membership-directory advertising, website placement, and social-media promotion. Booth space is limited, and exhibitors must comply with venue restrictions, insurance responsibilities, setup and teardown schedules, and registration and payment requirements.
