Description
Five Rivers MetroParks is soliciting sealed bids for renovation of its main office under Bid No. 26-021. The construction cost estimate is $115,000, and bidders must submit proposals on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each proposal must include a 100% Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond, or an acceptable certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid amount. The solicitation identifies project-experience requirements in the Statement of Qualifications and includes a pre-bid meeting for review of the Contract Documents and questions.
