The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is establishing the DAF Battle Network (DBN) 'Megatron' Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. This hybrid supply and service contract will support the development, procurement, assembly, delivery, and sustainment of PAE C3BM product lines. The vehicle will provide mission-critical capabilities across digital architecture, sensor integration, secure processing, connectivity, applications, and synthetic environment development to integrate USAF and USSF C3 programs. The contract will be competed under FAR Part 15 Source Selection procedures and will be decentralized, allowing all DAF program offices and DoD agencies to place orders. The vehicle will be awarded with a Small Business pool and an unrestricted pool of awardees. The program team plans to host a virtual Industry Day on 07 October 2026 (details TBD).
