Description
This Request for Information seeks information from U.S.-only businesses regarding lightweight, affordable radar electronic attack capabilities for Group 2–3 unmanned aircraft systems. AFRL is interested in integrated Government-Off-The-Shelf or Non-Developmental Item radar electronic attack systems, as well as Commercial-Off-The-Shelf modular RF enablers and building blocks such as RF system-on-chip technology, high-speed analog-to-digital converters, edge-compute chips, open software-defined architectures, and other high-performance RF components. Responses should address applicable frequency bands, electronic attack techniques, SOSA and/or OMS compatibility, size-weight-power-cost constraints, operational range, technology readiness level, prior government testing, development and demonstration timelines, structured rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, existing government contracting vehicles, and operational advantages. Initial responses must be unclassified, in Microsoft Word format, double-spaced, at least 11-point font, and no more than 15 pages excluding Section A. The RFI does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
