Jefferson Township seeks a roofing contractor to remove and replace the existing Blairwood Park shelter roof with a complete, weather-tight roofing system. The base scope includes labor, materials, equipment, temporary protection, disposal, inspection of roof decking and framing, architectural asphalt shingles, ice and water barrier where required, synthetic underlayment, starter course, ridge cap, drip edge, flashing, penetration boots, incidental accessories, cleanup, debris removal, and a final magnetic sweep. Contractors must coordinate access and temporary park restrictions, protect the public and adjacent property, comply with OSHA requirements, maintain weather-tight conditions, and provide product data, color selections, warranty information, closeout documentation, and final photographs.
