Description
This rebid covers the interior renovation of the City of Dayton Fire Department Station 16 under Project No. 4284.01. The work includes selective demolition and renovation of an existing fire station with offices, living and sleeping areas, apparatus bays, storage, kitchens, restrooms, showers, lockers, and related support spaces. The construction documents include architectural, structural, civil, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire suppression, finishes, casework, doors, glazing, signage, flooring, and equipment work. Major systems include new and modified plumbing, natural gas, HVAC, ventilation, fire suppression, electrical distribution and lighting, controls, fire alarm interfaces, and site utilities. The project includes a potential project labor agreement if the total bid exceeds $2,060,000, and the documents identify a $50,000 contingency allowance per station. The addendum requires receipt of the addendum to be noted on the proposal and identifies a fillable bid bond form and PLA template as uploaded attachments.
