Description
The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority is soliciting bids for one new, unused large industrial parts washer. The Better Engineering Products Purifier Model RD-4000 is the basis of design, but approved equals meeting or exceeding the specified functionality, performance, capacity, and capabilities will be considered. The equipment must be configured for 460/480 VAC, three-phase power and include standard components required for normal operation. The scope includes delivery, positioning, assembly, installation, required electrical, water, exhaust, and compressed-air connections as applicable, commissioning, testing, initial cleaning chemical, chemical setup and calibration, training for RTA personnel, and operating and maintenance documentation. Separately priced optional equipment includes automatic water fill, oil skimmer, in-line strainer, conducting meter, chemical dosing, oscillating spray manifold, upper parts basket, fresh rinse cycle, and RGB air-drying system. Bidders must submit pricing and technical information, including manufacturer and model, product literature, specifications, dimensions, features, options, delivery lead time, warranty, training information, and any exceptions or deviations.
