Description
The Air Force Research Laboratory is contemplating a single-source purchase order to Siemens for Simcenter STAR-CCM+ maintenance renewal, including Simcenter STAR-CCM+ Power Session Maintenance. The bill of materials identifies one maintenance renewal quantity and a period of performance from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027. This is a notice of intent to award single source, not a request for competitive proposals. Responses will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. Any response must be submitted by email with the subject line “STAR CCM”; compressed ZIP files and executable files are not permitted, and supported attachment formats are limited to DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, and VSDX.
