Description
Seminole County Public Schools is soliciting a contractor to provide comprehensive commission-only advertising sales and support services. The scope includes developing and managing advertising leads; selling advertising across district and school websites, digital and print publications, school property, banners, and other advertising products; designing, producing, reviewing, and delivering advertising materials; and collecting advertising fees. The contractor must provide monthly sales reporting and financial reconciliation, distribute net proceeds to district and school cost centers, provide financial records within two business days of request, and remain available to district personnel during business hours. The contractor must also participate in monthly face-to-face meetings unless waived by the district. Bidders must demonstrate at least five consecutive years of experience in Florida public education advertising sales. Compensation will be a percentage of gross revenue from verified and collected advertising sales, with no retainer or reimbursement of performance expenses.
