Description
The Orlando Utilities Commission is seeking one or more suppliers to perform as-needed eddy current examinations of accessible nonferrous tubing in Trane chillers at multiple OUC chilled water plant locations. The supplier must provide labor, supervision, equipment, instruments, materials, transportation, calibration, testing, defect evaluation, tube-bundle diagrams, electronic test records, daily status updates, and signed electronic final reports. Testing must comply with the current edition of ASTM E690 and be performed using qualified Level II or Level III eddy current personnel, suitable equipment, a documented quality program, and a written occupational safety program. The proposal requires five years of initial-year pricing, with potential renewal pricing, and OUC may award one or more contracts in whole or in part. Proposers must demonstrate relevant experience, at least three similar projects completed within the preceding five years, qualified personnel, equipment access, quality and safety programs, references, technical approach, capacity, and compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements. The solicitation requires completion of the provided qualification and price-schedule files, along with the specified compliance forms and supporting proposal materials.
