Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting offers for the manufacture and supply of BINDER, 2IN EASY LK items conforming to the specified reference designs SK-520 and SK-520(SE), associated CAGE codes, and applicable contract quality requirements. Items must be physically marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130 and packaged, packed, preserved, and marked in accordance with the contract schedule and MIL-STD 2073. The procurement is a fixed-price buy with firm unit and total pricing. Government source inspection is required, and offerors must provide procurement turnaround time, CAGE information for the awardee, manufacturing and packaging facilities, and any applicable delivery vehicle information. Non-manufacturers must submit proof from the original equipment manufacturer that they are authorized distributors. The Government may exercise an option for increased quantity within 365 days, and repair pricing must account for costs associated with receiving and repairing unwhole, damaged, incomplete, or worn material.
