Description
Western Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation is soliciting proposals for recurring marketing mailing services supporting Batavia Downs Gaming. The scope includes setup and prepress, proofing, printing, folding, envelope work, personalization and variable-data processing, address verification, CASS certification, National Change of Address processing, postal presorting, wafer sealing, postage-related reporting, and delivery to the United States Postal Service. Requested materials include newsletters, letters with envelopes, and multiple postcard formats, with quantities varying monthly. Proposers must provide pricing that includes setup, printing, packaging, sorting, delivery, proofs, and other incidental charges. Proofs require marketing approval before printing, and specified mailings must be delivered to the USPS within three or five business days after approved proof. The proposal should also address optional marketing enhancements such as trackable QR codes. The contract is stated as a two-year term with two one-year renewal options, and the solicitation requires references and several New York State procurement certifications.
