Description
The F-35 Joint Program Office is seeking capability statements regarding the manufacture, packaging, and phased delivery of inert Flexible Linear Shaped Charges (FLSCs) for F-35 Training System and Simulation aircraft. Units must comply with government-approved part numbers, drawings, and specifications. The Government anticipates issuing an RFQ and pursuing a sole-source award to Accurate Energetic Systems, LLC because the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division has exclusively licensed the required proprietary intellectual property to that company. Respondents must address their access to the required intellectual property or equivalent certified capabilities. Responses are for market research only, must be submitted at no cost to the Government, and are limited to 10 pages. The F-35 program data is export-controlled and unavailable to foreign sources or representatives.
