Description
The City of Orlando is soliciting a turnkey wired and wireless network solution for Camping World Stadium, an approximately 66,000-seat outdoor football stadium undergoing renovation. The selected contractor must design, engineer, furnish, install, configure, test, commission, document, train, and hand off a fully operational network and Wi-Fi infrastructure. The scope includes redundant core and edge switching, Category 6A cabling and patching where required, Wi-Fi 7 access points, RF design and coverage mapping, cybersecurity and segmentation, equipment procurement, configuration, testing under empty and event conditions, documentation, training, spare equipment, and coordination with the owner, design team, construction manager, low-voltage contractors, and other stakeholders. The contractor must provide a proposed cutover plan that accommodates active construction and scheduled stadium events. The system must be fully operational by July 2027. The contractor must provide a project manager, coordinate on-site work and construction activities, support four large-scale stadium events after installation, provide a 90-day post-implementation stabilization period, and provide the specified warranty, licensing, OEM support, and documentation. The solicitation is a one-time purchase and requires electronic submission through the City's e-procurement portal, including technical, experience, financial, pricing, design, bill-of-materials, approach, warranty, and required form and attachment packages.
