Description
Lake County is soliciting sealed competitive bids for an indefinite-quantity contract covering uninterrupted delivery and supply of medical oxygen, industrial gases, specialty monitor-test gases, and welding gases in certified cylinders. The scope includes cylinder rentals, refilling, collection, replacement, barcode tracking, one-for-one full/empty exchanges, hydrostatic testing, cylinder buyback or credit, emergency and holiday stock increases, and delivery to various County locations serving Fire Rescue, EMS, Fleet Management, and other County operations. The contractor must provide an online system for restocking, cylinder exchanges, delivery scheduling, invoices, delivery tickets, testing and analysis reports, and safety data sheets. The initial term is one year, with two optional two-year renewals. Responses must include the specified submission form, law-compliance affidavit, pricing sheet, references, registration and insurance documentation, and any required licenses, and must be submitted through the solicitation response portal by the stated deadline.
