Description
The Mission Consolidated Independent School District is publicly notifying of the availability of ESSER II funding, a federal grant provided under the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA). The grant, totaling $12,196,717, is intended to prevent, prepare for, or respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. Funds are available for pre-award costs from March 13, 2020, and the district may spend funds until September 30, 2022. The district will be required to follow all federal, state, and local regulations for federal grant administration and fiscal spending. The grant also covers the hold harmless for 2020-2021.
