Description
Workforce Solutions seeks a facilitator to design and conduct four quarterly, approximately two-hour staff development sessions for about 35 employees, including management. The sessions will be held on site and should include facilitated discussions, interactive team exercises, practical workplace applications, employee participation, action planning, and an emphasis on behavioral change. Topics include organizational culture, accountability, workplace relationships, employee engagement, effective workplace communication, feedback, active listening, collaboration, adaptability, and leadership at every level. Respondents must submit a qualification package addressing their organization or individual qualifications, proposed facilitation approach and activities, demonstrated performance and references, facilitator resumes and biographies, and total project cost, along with the required certifications and disclosure forms. The project is funded for $15,000, with an anticipated one-year contract and an option for one additional one-year renewal.
