Description
Los Angeles World Airports is issuing a Request for Qualifications to prequalify firms for an on-call, as-needed Airport Bench Contract. The four service categories are Workplace Integrity and Investigations; Culture Management and Employee Engagement; Creative Production and Specialized Training Services; and Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Specialized Safety Training. Firms may submit qualifications for one or more categories, with a separate Written/Technical Statement of Qualifications required for each selected category. The solicitation establishes a qualifications-only process: no cost, fee, labor-rate, multiplier, pricing-schedule, or other compensation information may be submitted or evaluated at this stage. Qualified firms may later compete for task orders. Requirements include administrative forms, vendor identification information, business-enterprise participation commitments, key-personnel and past-performance information, category-specific technical SOQs, and inclusivity planning. The contract is an ongoing bench arrangement with a three-year base term and two one-year renewal options, with a stated combined task-order value cap of $10,000,000. Category D specifically covers third-party safety-program assessments, industrial-hygiene sampling, project-based risk assessments, certified safety training, and related technical reports; routine safety administration and general employee safety activities remain reserved to LAWA staff.
