Description
Logan City School District is soliciting proposals from qualified employee benefits brokers and consultants to serve as a strategic advisor and provide comprehensive brokerage, benefits planning, carrier and vendor management, renewal and marketing support, financial analysis, cost management, compliance and regulatory guidance, data and reporting, technology, wellness and employee engagement, voluntary/worksite benefits, enrollment communications, and employee advocacy services. The selected firm must be licensed and authorized in Utah, have at least five years of relevant experience, demonstrate public-sector and comparable-client experience, and disclose conflicts, affiliations, commissions, and other compensation. The District anticipates a two-year initial agreement with up to three additional one-year renewal periods. Proposals must include separate technical and cost submissions in PDF format, with the technical submission covering qualifications, service team, approach, references, technology, compliance, and related requirements, and the cost submission including the required compensation and conflict-disclosure forms. The RFP requires seven proposal forms, including proposer qualifications, service team, comparable clients and references, conflicts and compensation disclosure, fee proposal, exceptions and additional services, and proposal certification.
