Description
The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority is soliciting proposals from an experienced human resources consultant to assess its existing personnel policies, compare them with policies of comparable Alaska state corporations and applicable State of Alaska personnel rules, and evaluate compliance with federal and Alaska employment laws. The selected consultant will draft updated, legally sound, practical personnel policies with commentary explaining major changes and recommendations. The work also includes stakeholder meetings with Trust staff and leadership, revisions based on feedback, presentation of recommendations and draft policies to the board's Executive Committee, and presentation of final policies to the full board for approval. Deliverables include draft revised personnel policies, finalized clean and redline policy versions, and a summary memorandum of major changes and compliance considerations. Subcontractors and joint ventures are not allowed.
