Santa Clara Valley Water District plans to issue an RFP for on-call classification and compensation support services. The anticipated scope includes classification studies, compensation studies, job structure design, job specification development, market studies and benchmarking, consulting and implementation support, and ad hoc services. This is an advance notification rather than the full solicitation. The RFP is expected to be published on or before October 31, 2026; firms will be notified when the solicitation documents become available. No proposal deadline or submission instructions are provided in the notification.
