Description
Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin is seeking a general contractor under a time-and-materials, on-demand contract to coordinate and perform replacement of suspended ceiling systems and lighting fixtures at Ecole Monseigneur-A.-M.-Parent. Work will be ordered progressively according to operational needs, with specific zones, plans, and assignment details provided when work is requested. The submission must include the completed and signed Submission Form and Price Schedule, bid security, the French Language Charter annex and any applicable supporting documents, a valid Revenu Quebec attestation or the applicable No Establishment in Quebec form, copies of required building licenses, the applicable paper-submission reproduction declaration, and proof of $2,000,000 in civil liability insurance. The bid security is a fixed $5,000 amount. The contract begins upon issuance of the award notice and ends March 31, 2027.
