Description

The City of Pueblo is soliciting bids for Project No. 26-056 to remove and dispose of the existing roof system and insulation down to the concrete deck, prepare the deck, and install a new roof system. The work includes R-30 insulation, 1/4-inch Dens-Deck Prime coverboard, a fully adhered 60-mil TPO membrane, new flashings and related sheet metal, replacement of damaged drain rings and penetration components, and a new walkway. The specified roof warranty is 20 years NDL. Additive alternates cover replacing the 1/4-inch coverboard with 1/2-inch Dens-Deck and replacing the standard 60-mil TPO membrane with 60-mil fleece-backed TPO. The bid requires a 5% bid guarantee based on the total base bid plus alternates. The successful contractor must provide payment and performance bonds each in an amount not less than the full contract price, required insurance including builder’s risk, and complete the work within 60 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The electronic submission includes a bid bond or other bid security, confirmations and certifications, bidder contact information, and pricing responses through the procurement portal.
