Description
Worcester County is soliciting sealed bids for spray foam application at its Public Works Maintenance Building. The project is located at 6113 Timmons Road, Snow Hill, Maryland. Bid documents may be obtained from the County by email or through its bid board, and vendors are responsible for checking for addenda before submitting bids. A nonmandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 7, 2026. Questions are due by noon on October 16, 2026. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 26, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud. Minority vendors are encouraged to compete, but no formal small-business reserve or participation goal is identified.
