Description
The Town of Fountain Hills is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed contractors for roof rehabilitation at Town Hall, the Community Center, the Library, and the Central Plant. The work includes preparation and coating of existing spray-foam roofing with a fluid-applied acrylic system, asphalt emulsion, polyester reinforcing fabric, base and top coats, spray-foam and sealant repairs, flashing and counterflashing work, drain and penetration detailing, walk pads, crossover stairs or ladders, and temporary protection. Bidders must provide pricing by eligible manufacturer and warranty period, with options for 10-, 15-, and 20-year manufacturer warranties where available. The project requires manufacturer-authorized applicators, compliance with the project specifications and applicable building codes, testing and quality-control documentation, and warranty-related inspections. The contract time is 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, consisting of 90 days for substantial completion and 30 days for punch-list, cleanup, and closeout activities.
