Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase of window assembly fabricated glass materials under a request for quotation. Offerors must verify the nomenclature, part number, and National Stock Number before responding. Government source inspection is required, freight is FOB origin, and accelerated delivery is permitted. Responses must include unit and total prices, procurement turnaround time, awardee CAGE code, inspection and acceptance CAGE code if different, and any applicable delivery vehicle information. A non-manufacturer must provide a letter or official email from the original equipment manufacturer confirming that it is an authorized distributor. The resulting award will be bilateral and require the contractor's written acceptance.
