Description
Kankakee Community College District No. 520 is soliciting sealed hard-copy bids from qualified contractors for a window replacement project at Kankakee Community College. The project is subject to prevailing-wage requirements. Bidding and procurement documents may be obtained after October 5, 2026, by contacting the designated procurement representative. Bids must comply with the bid specifications; insurance and bond requirements are contained in the bidding documents. Faxed and emailed bids will not be accepted. The college reserves the right to accept, reject, negotiate, or waive provisions of submitted bids.
