Description
The City of Lakewood is soliciting bids for maintenance repairs to the Civic Center and Public Safety Center parking structures. The work specifically includes structural concrete repair, waterproofing, and restoration comparable in size, scope, and complexity to projects involving parking structures or large commercial facilities. Bidders must have successfully completed at least three comparable projects within the past five years for public agencies, municipalities, or institutional facilities. Bids must cover the entire work described in the bid schedules and must be submitted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System; hard-copy bids and submissions by other means will not be accepted.
