Description
The City of Casa Grande is establishing a pre-qualified list of consultants to provide on-call professional services for fire and life safety systems plan reviews and fire inspection services in support of City departments. Plan review work includes evaluating fire protection system plans for compliance with adopted fire codes and applicable standards and documenting required revisions in a City-approved format. Inspection work includes inspecting fire protection systems for compliance with adopted codes, standards, and approved plans and recording results in the City's inspection system. Services will be assigned through task orders on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee of work. Consultants must demonstrate relevant capabilities, experience, licenses, and certifications; may identify subconsultants; and must submit a seven-page Statement of Qualifications addressing experience, capabilities, references, and similar project examples. The resulting contracts are expected to have a two-year term with three optional one-year renewals. Individual consultants may not receive more than $500,000 in aggregate fees in a fiscal year, and no single task may exceed $350,000.
