Description
Pinal County is soliciting a contractor to replace the Pinal County Sheriff's Office Adult Detention Center's end-of-life DXI intercom system with a fully functional, isolated VoIP-based system integrated with the existing AVEVA door control system. The scope includes approximately 858 tamper-resistant intercoms, replacement of the core system, water-resistant server racks, routers, enterprise-grade Power over Ethernet switches, UPS units, fiber aggregation equipment, and related power configuration. Existing call buttons must remain functional during the transition, and intercom service must experience minimal downtime. The contractor must install and certify new single-mode fiber and Ethernet cabling, terminate and label all runs, install and configure the new intercoms and network infrastructure, develop and test the AVEVA integration, provide system documentation and onsite training, and provide at least five years of warranty and service support. The solicitation requires 24/7/365 on-call support, CJIS background checks for personnel, and compliance with secure-facility procedures. Responses are evaluated on experience, technical integration, implementation approach, cost, equipment, warranty, and support.
