Description
Maricopa County Department of Public Health seeks qualified vendors to provide secure, climate-controlled, accessible storage units for public health supplies and field equipment. Services must include continuous climate control, 24/7/365 automated electronic access for authorized personnel, 24/7 CCTV coverage, perimeter fencing, adequate exterior lighting, individual unit access controls, clean and structurally sound units and access areas, water-intrusion prevention, and regular pest control. The selected vendor must provide prompt notification of climate-control or access-system failures, itemized annual invoicing, active access credentials, and a written escalation matrix with 24/7 emergency contacts. Proposals must address the technical approach and facility specifications, location and accessibility within Maricopa County, relevant experience and references, pricing, and the requested attachments and agreement. The initial term is one year, with extensions permitted up to a total term of five years.
