Description
The City of Clearlake is soliciting bids to construct a new above-ground skatepark at Austin Park under Project No. LF2026(4). The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and other items necessary for the project. Plans and specifications identify site demolition and clearing, earthwork and subgrade preparation, reinforced cast-in-place concrete, wet-mix shotcrete skatepark features, concrete curing, and fabricated steel coping, rails, edging, and related metalwork. The project requires a Class A or Class B California contractor's license, prevailing-wage public-works compliance, Department of Industrial Relations registration, a bid guarantee of at least 10% of the total bid price, and—after award—100% performance and payment bonds. The engineer's estimate is $960,000, and the contract documents state that the work must be completed within 25 working days after the Notice to Proceed.
