Description
Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District is soliciting unit-price bids for ready-mix concrete, concrete slurry, and related delivery services. The contractor will provide various concrete mixtures, slurry, fiber strands, calcium chloride, returned-concrete handling, short-load fees, delivery, standby, and overtime labor pricing. The District estimates annual usage of approximately 500 cubic yards, but quantities are not guaranteed and may vary according to actual requirements. Deliveries will generally be made within the District’s service area, with scheduled deliveries required within 24 hours or at the requested time. Expedited or emergency orders require a response within two hours and same-day delivery. The contractor must maintain a local office within 45 miles of the District’s Operations Building, provide occasional night, weekend, and holiday emergency service, comply with applicable safety and labor laws, and protect and restore affected facilities. Bids must use the provided bid forms and include a recent W-9, experience information, required certifications, and insurance acknowledgment.
