Description
The City of Branson seeks bids for as-needed delivery of various concrete mixes and related additives for City projects from January 1 through December 31, 2027. Pricing is requested per cubic yard for 3,000- to 4,000-psi concrete, MoDOT concrete mixes, non-chloride set accelerator, retarding admixture, fibrillated polypropylene fiber, winter service, and short-load charges. Prices must remain firm for the contract term, and quantities are estimated; the City will pay only for quantities ordered and received. Deliveries must be made to City properties or project locations within Branson, Missouri, generally within one hour of an authorized request, with advance requests permitted for next-business-morning delivery. Ready-mix plants and delivery mixers must meet ASTM C94 requirements, and plants must be certified by the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association. The solicitation also specifies concrete mix, strength, slump, temperature, batching, testing, delivery-ticket, and quality requirements. A concrete mix design is required 30 days before use if awarded.
