Description
The City of Round Rock is seeking proposals from experienced firms to provide on-call, on-site excavation and concrete services, including maintenance, repair, renovation, installation, alteration, demolition, forming, placing, finishing, excavation, soil handling, testing, and related labor, materials, equipment, permits, and inspections. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis at City-owned or occupied locations, with prior authorization and project-specific estimates required. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, equipment, written estimates, work reports, invoices, prevailing-wage compliance, safety compliance, and a minimum one-year warranty on workmanship and parts. The agreement is for 60 months, with an anticipated total contract value not exceeding $300,000 per fiscal year for the combined two awarded vendors. Proposals will be evaluated on solution, approach and timeline; company work experience and personnel; and cost. The response must include the required proposal, reference, cost, subcontractor, and supporting compliance materials, including a proposal submittal form, at least three comparable references from the last two years, a cost proposal sheet, and applicable subcontractor information.
