Description

The City of Springfield is seeking a contractor to repair and restore the South Stairs at Springfield City Hall. The work includes site protection; removal of deteriorated concrete; surface preparation; structural patching and restoration, including dowels, anchors, and reinforcing connections where required; application of a two-part epoxy coating system; maintenance of safe pedestrian access; protection of adjacent improvements; coordination with City Hall operations; cleanup; and disposal. This is a lump-sum public improvement project subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements, applicable contractor licensing, public-contracting requirements, and a 30-consecutive-working-day completion period beginning upon the applicable Notice to Proceed or specified commencement date. Bidders must submit the required bid forms, a 10-percent bid guarantee, addenda acknowledgments, and other listed certifications and disclosures. The solicitation requires a mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting and permits subcontracting only with the City's prior written approval.
